It Takes A Team

 DeCarlos Garrison is the Co-Founder of Gravity Works and the visionary creator behind the Culture Capital Conference. With deep expertise in music marketing, media management, and brand strategy, he has built a career bridging culture, commerce, and community. 

 Mia Ferguson is the Co-Founder of Gravity Works and producer of the Culture Capital Conference. A seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in program development, event production, and brand strategy, she has led initiatives that bridge business, culture, and community impact. 

 Richard Dunn is a media innovator, cultural architect, and Co-Founder of Gravity Works, whose career spans publishing, digital storytelling, and live event production. As CEO of Rolling Out Music and a partner in the Culture Capital Conference, he has dedicated his work to amplifying Black voices, building platforms for creative expression, and fostering economic opportunity. 

Shawn Mason serves as a Producer of the Culture Capital Conference, bringing over 25 years of expertise at the intersection of fashion, media, and entertainment. As CEO of Xposure Image Group and creator of The Fashion Lounge, he has produced events and campaigns for leading brands and cultural platforms. 

At the conference, Shawn oversees production to ensure a dynamic, seamless experience that bridges culture, creativity, and innovation. 

Michael Niles is an accomplished entrepreneur and community leader whose ventures span entertainment, sports, education, and social impact. He is the founder of enterprises including Universal Touring Company, eWorld Festival, Jaymine Enterprise Group, and Valley Sports University, and he has launched community initiatives such as the Baltimore Youth Initiative and the Jackie Robinson Baseball League.

At the Culture Capital Conference, Michael is producing the Gaming Competition, bringing his expertise in live entertainment and youth engagement to create opportunities that bridge industry, innovation, and community. 

 Rachel Simmons is the Founder & CEO of Good Genes Management, an Atlanta-based creative agency shaping fashion, film, and entertainment through diverse casting and cultural storytelling. She has provided talent and production for global brands such as Skims, Nike, Ralph Lauren, Cartier, and Lululemon, while expanding her influence internationally across London, Paris, Milan, and Tokyo. 

As an Associate Producer of the Culture Capital Conference, Rachel brings her expertise in fashion, casting, and creative production to elevate the conference experience and spotlight underrepresented voices. 

 Juerod Roberts is a seasoned business development, operations, and marketing professional with over eight years of experience driving growth across sports, private equity, and community engagement.  

As an Associate Producer of the Culture Capital Conference, Juerod brings his expertise in strategic planning, partnerships, and community impact to create experiences that connect students, alumni, and industry leaders across culture, business, and innovation. 

Ramona Jones is the Founder of Concept Jones and serves as the Brand Manager for the Culture Capital Conference. With expertise in creative direction, brand strategy, and cultural storytelling, she develops innovative campaigns that elevate visibility and engagement. Through her leadership, Ramona ensures the conference’s brand reflects its mission to connect students, alumni, and industry leaders across culture, business, and innovation.
